Last September, we were in Padova for the eleventh edition of the national meeting promoted by the network ‘Educare alle Differenze’ (Educating about Differences), which for over ten years has been combining educational practices and political commitment against stereotypes, oppression and inequality. We conducted the workshop:
‘Deconstructing misogynistic hate online: an interactive educational experience to recognise, dismantle and transform the rhetoric of misogynistic hate on the web together’.

We involved the participants in an experiential and collaborative journey, asking them to be involved in digital challenges designed to train to recognise and transform hate speech:
???? Contro – Mosse: a board game to explore and deepen narrative strategies to combat misogynistic and sexist hate speech
???? Voxxy – Emergency Exit: an interactive escape room to recognise misogynistic rhetoric circulating on the web, dismantle it and imagine ways out together.

It was a fantastic experience, where we had the opportunity to meet people who share our ideas about education and we hope will be our workmates on future journeys.
