In recent weeks, we have been implementing and testing a set of new career-guidance activities with a group of 12 young migrants to increase their self-awareness, empowerment and active citizenship skills. Thiese activities were aimed to support young migrants living in marginalised contexts, promoting self-guidance, resilience and planning skills for full social and professional integration.

During the testing phase, young people had the opportunity to try their hand at various narrative and experiential activities: from autobiographical writing to the “hero’s journey”, from the “wheel of life” to the “Ikigai map”. These exercises allowed them to reflect on their own journeys, recognise their strengths, transform challenges into opportunities for growth and imagine their own future.

The experience was intense and enriching: it promoted self-awareness, group sharing and the construction of new personal and professional perspectives.

We are proud to this innovative path, convinced that investing in narrative guidance means contributing to more inclusive and sustainable integration.
