Iole Marcozzi
Sociologist, PhD researcher and project manager with over fifteen years of experience in European project coordination and socio-educational research. She has worked as a researcher, trainer and facilitator in various national and international projects, focusing on educational poverty, educational methodological innovation, social justice and the promotion of gender equity. At the University of L’Aquila, she has taught courses on Design, Management and Evaluation of Social and Educational Services, and Experimental Pedagogy Laboratory.
Matteo Paradisi
Project manager and trainer with more than ten years of experience on cooperation projects in the field of lifelong learning. In particular, he has implemented several projects in the education/training field on topics such as entrepreneurship, employability, game-based learning, working in close contact with both teachers and students directly.
Valentina Foscoli
Interpreter and translator, graduated in Linguistic-Cultural Mediation, and then specialised in Interpreting and Translation with Italian, English and Arabic as working languages. She mainly deals with social issues, education in various fields, immigration and international cooperation. She has previous experience as a volunteer for an Italian non-profit organization that works to remember all the victims of the Mediterranean, give a voice to those who survived the shipwrecks and involve students, institutions and international organizations focused on migration issues.
Desmond Sharukai
Youth Advisor from Zimbabwe, currently between Norway and Italy. He has a human rights activist background and has worked in project management, both on the funding and the implementation sides of development aid in Norway, Zimbabwe and Italy. He is an Urban Planner by training with vast experience working in Non-Governmental Organisations. His specialty is elections, democracy and governance, lobby and advocacy, education and project management.
